Andrea Cavazos was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Once a Miss Houston U.S.A. pageant contestant, she was also a courtroom audience member on the reality court show, Judge Alex, and has always had a fascination with the law. Andrea has worked in the legal field for over 16 years and is presently a senior paralegal at a law firm based in Houston, TX. She’s a freelance writer in her spare time, passionately writing for children, and the proud owner of an online tea store, Kettleaf. Koda and the Polka-Dot Bow Tie is her debut children’s book and is available for purchase on Amazon and at your nearest Barnes & Noble.
