If you have ever struggled with depression, the whimsical and deep art of Josep Pla-Narbona and his story may be encouraging to you. He finds that drawing helps him to think and understand the world around him. Beginning his artistic life in advertising, it was a ten year bout with depression that led him to painting and eventually gave him a broader artistic vision and greater autonomy.

What a wonderful, playful fellow! The video was made by his daughter, Anna, a filmmaker.
