Synkroniciti is tickled pink to welcome back interdisciplinary artist Elaine T. Nguyen with five paintings from her new project, Chapters and a feature article. Chapters is an artist’s reaction to the pandemic and resulting quarantine, a reflection on past experiences and manifestation of new hopes and desires. Elaine T. Nguyen is an artist working in California, USA, exploring cultural identity, mental health, nostalgia, and vulnerability. She is a curator, activist, and community builder, working to connect Asian creatives in the San Franscisco Bay Area. She is a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art where she earned a dual degree in Painting and Humanities.
