Climbing up the Mountains of our Solar System

What would it be like to climb a mountain in on another planet or somewhere else in the solar system? This is an interesting and beautiful post by Gonçalo Magalhães, a Portuguese student of aerospace engineering. Maybe one day we will be discussing the exploits of mountain climbers on other planets. Climbing with or without supplemental oxygen won’t be an issue, as everyone will be carrying oxygen. Surely the difficulties will be immense and there are complications that none can foresee. Gives me goosebumps!!
