Creating a dollhouse is a complicated project. Imagine the challenges of designing one for someone who is visually impaired. Meet designer Maryann Roy and marvel at the Texture House, a detailed miniature home in the round, with all of the textures, shapes and finishing touches that make a space unique. Beautiful attention to detail and spectacular workmanship and design are here combined with a strong sense of empathy, allowing Maryann to step into someone else’s world and make beauty there designed especially for that person.
